Help sizing equipment

I,m trying to size the equipment in a new house. It has in floor heat and I would like to know how to size this for an indirect fired water heater off of the same boiler. My heat load is 89,000 btu. the house has 3 full bathrooms,2 half baths,a dishwasher and the master bath has a whirlpool and a 6x6 shower with body sprays. I'd like to try the Munchkin boiler and their IDF water heater. Any help would be appreceiated. Thanks!

Munchkin
with the Vision 1 control prioritizes the DHW, so do not add that into your heat load.
I would use an SSU-40.

Many variable to consider here. But first and foremost, what is the volume of the whirlpool? With a small boiler, you may need added volumne and the indirect should have at least the capacity of the tub. Also, most spa faucet deliver a lot of water. A five head spa can deliver 13 gallons a minute. Get the info together and consult a plumbing or heating pro. Don't get left short on hot water.
