    Just hold your cursor in the middle of the picture, right click and select Save As then do as you please. Pretty anything that shows up on the net is considered public domain unless otherwise noted, and that's pretty limited.

    Nice of you to ask permission though...


    Actually, that picture is OUR property. It comes from a Guvmint entity.

    Hate to ruin your enthusiasm about the pic, but...

    This is correct.

    It is a fake. Our local TV weatherman had this picture on his weather segment last week talking about it being a hoax, fake, etc. The picture has apparently been "doctored" for the Internet.
