I am looking for some advice on a system that we are going to update. This system has one zone of baseboard heat, one zone with cast iron radiators and now the customer wants to add a zone of radiant. For the radiant zone we were thinking of using an injection pump with an outdoor reset control. The system has primary/secondary piping in place for the cast iron radiator zone. Any thoughts on whether we should reset the water temp on all 3 zones and if so any recommendations on controls? I have used tekmar controls in the past with good results but tying in cast iron radiators, copper baseboard and radiant floor heating on one system would be new to me. I am 98% sure the design I have mind will work but as they say it never hurts to ask. any advice would be appreciated.
