Mrs everett loves her "old gal" always been there for her she whispered.
the boiler is as old as she is and she will be sad to see her go.
when i told her about what was planned she asked why would you do all that I'm perfectly comfortable now,and my old gal never let me down.
she has a point old cast iron, millivolt, gravity never failed her compare this to mother boards ,flame rods ,switches,sensors and on and on ....seems more reliable
I almost feel bad removing this beauty..almost TBC.....
ps she wanted me to try the fat shaker thingie behind her

.And yes that's her. we spent an hour just making conversation .she told us stories about her 85 years on this planet. this lady has more class than 100 of my other clients put together..
