I have used Arzel zoning to do this in the past. It makes it easier for the home owners to run the system. So far they have fit into every application that I have needed and not one failed part on over 20 zone systems! Check out www.arzelzoning.com Hope this helps

Zoning Controls for Hybrid Radiant Floor/Forced Air System
My dad is building a new home with radiant floors and forced air (primarily for cooling- also as second stage of heat). The heating/cooling source is a water/water geothermal unit with a buffer tank (80 gallon). Does anyone know of an off-the-shelf control system for such a system, or know of a fairly inexpensive programmable controller that could be configured to do so?

Try this...
Honeywell offers our Networked Zoning system. It features remote communications with the optional telephone access module, easy to wire, EnergyStar rated thermostats and many other features. Visit www.honeywell.com/your home for more info, or call your local quality contractor. These items are not available retail.0
