Open systems revisited! (PAH)

Here's a really open system I ran across yesterday while picking up mosquito beater for Mendonstock ( the rock concert we had at our house last night).

While wondering the aisles of the greenhouse admiring the many water garden displays, I came upon this nightmare. Good grief Charlie Brown - just when you think there's nothing more someone can do to bring danger to the masses you come face to face with a potential CO spewing rocket bomb like this crazy set up.
