Our hero, from the frozen north (Canada)!

Mike comes in with the high bid of $325 (US even!). Now Mike's great big heart can cozy up to his very own copy of LoopCad. Dan will get the check to AHRC who will put it to very good use.

    Thanks again Mike. Super job!!!

    Tom,

Thank you for your kind words. I really don't look at this as a heroic deed. You know that I wanted a copy of this software and I had 2 choices to get it. Either I buy it from Avenir, or, I bid on it on this auction that is for a good cause.
Well, to me this was a nobrainer. If you can help others, you simply do it! I even expected to pay more than what the regular price is. It was my pleassure to be a part of this. If you can just get a smile on at least one persons face a day, you're a good person. I hope I could achieve that.

Thanks again, and most importantly, the check is in the mail.

Dan, are you still short of Canadians for W-3?
    What a shame!

You know who a true hero is?

    Alan. R. Mercurio !!!

At the recent NAOHSM Trade Show in Hershey, PA last month, Dan and his friends held a draw for a nice amount of money at a 50/50draw. The money was used for some Training Program that I fail to remeber the exact details. Anyways, the winner was Alan and won more than 1000$ US!! Instead of taking the winning prize, he gave a wonderful speach and said that he was already very blessed to have so many friends in this industry, that he awarded all of his winning to the same cause that Dan was promoting. This is a true heroic action!

Way to go Alan! You definitely deserve the respect and to be called a hero for that!

I don't recall anyone mentioning that. He deserves it!

I wish everyone a great weekend.

    Mike

    Actually,

    it was $1,250. Cash money.

That's why you should all go to his class when he comes to your town. Pay it forward.
