Self Feed Drill?

I have (2) joist heating jobs coming up and would like input on types of self feed drills recommended. I normally use Wirsbo pex clips but also use Joist Trak. I have found limitations as to the length of screws most guns drive. I have determined that I will need a maximum 3/4" for joist Trak and 1" for pex clips? The heads on most drills I've found do not seem to permit enough depth for the clips. Any recommendations?
Thanks!
