I was having some difficulty drawing the area to be heated and gave Robert a call; he started walking me through the program, but I was still having difficulty.

He then created a video file and emailed to me. It showed me his screen as he created the drawing and drew the loops. I'm very impressed.

    How have you been? Is everything going well?

    I can assure you that the guys at Avenir will take care of you. Met Brad McCrea, the President of the Company a little while ago. They sure know how to deal with customers. I can only speak highly of them.

    Do you have any idea what LoopCAD retails for and where to get a copy of it?

    Excellent tech support

    Tom, thanks for forwarding my questions to Robert at Avenir. He e-mailed me the same day and when I wasn't able to answer him right away he e-mailed me again. I wish our vendors were that conscientious. When I did talk to him he was very helpful and had several suggestions on how I could make better use of the program. They seem to be actively working on enhancements also. I have no doubt that LoopCad will quickly become the standard for tube design. Robert also mentioned another project that they are developing that plumbers will love! Can't wait to try that one. Thanks again. Terry

    He did the same thing for me.

    I think he's figured out some of us need "See Spot Run" kind of instructions. LOL

    Just imagine how frustrated he gets trying to explain how to do something.
