New House
This is our latest project located in the Spring Valley section of Washington, D.C. We are doing five floors (14,000 sq. feet) of radiant, snowmelt, A/C, and pool heat. The pool house is in the background. The excavation is for the main house. We will be on this one for the next two years. I will post updates as we progress. -DF
