Question: Is there a system available which uses the same heat source (boiler) for radiant as well as potable hot water? Are consumers happy with these systems?

Uhm... If I'm reading your question correctly, and I think I am, yes, just about every boiler manufacturer makes units that do both.
Obviously the heating water has to be kept separate from the potable water, though.0 -
Forgot to mention, I am building in Anchorage. Any special considerations for my locality? Thanks0
