Off Topic - Winches

Figured what I want to do is rather like lowering a boiler down some basement stairs so I'd ask here :-)
I have a 3500lb single-axle trailer that I want to winch up a 20ft long concrete grade (about 1 ft rise in the 20 ft). I'd like to find a winch (preferrably powered) that will also provide some "hold back" while letting the trailer go back down the grade do it doesn't "run away".
Does such a thing exist? Thanks
Mark

warn winch
We have a warn winch 8000# that powers out and also back in. That's more power than what you need but they also have other models. I reserched the winch before I bought and am satisfied with the Warn0 -
Not all winches
are designed to be loaded both ways. I learned the hard way! In the Graingers catalog they list pulling only, or hoist duty models.
