got me reminising. Great music, good times. I think I'll look up the video myself this weekend. Talking to my helper this morning and he's never heard of "Little Feat". Poor lad. Don't know how popular they were elsewhere, but in the Balmore, Washington DC area they ruled the roost. When I hear "Dixie Chicken" I start doing the Rooster dance. WW

    My favorite...

Band and video. I saw them many times, having lived in Woodstock for 20 years. Saw them in a small tavern in W. Saugerties rehearse 3 nights before Richard Manual hung up in Miami. A major musical influence that lasts and lasts.

    The best there is...

Saw it when it first came out in '77 at the Sack Cinema on Beacon Hill--with the first and last love of my life! Saw the Band in August of '76 in Lennox, MA--saw various remixes in the 80's, but it was never the same. I have a tape somehwere of a performance on the King Biscuit Flour Hour--there's nothing in rock and roll that rivals the Garth Hudson organ solo leading into "Chest Fever."

    Enjoy...

OK, so I guess I'll have to admit my age...

Sam them in '71 at the Carrier dome in Syracuse where the crowd tore the plywood off the ice rink and skated with shoes on to the music. Cold feet...Very hot music!! Where does the time go??
