T 158 Sunne thermostats

Help!! I work in place where there is about 100 of these t stats . They are about 1 year old. We have been having problems with them failing. (no heat or cooling) . Digital display on thermostat shows a reading of 5.1 or 90 . We do not have any trouble shooting info on them so dont know where to turn. Any info you guys can give would.
