I got great Munchkin service

Jeff from Heat Transfer Products, aka the Munchkin Guys, sent Rick Sousa up to a problem job and customer,to help me out. The customer was getting cranky and needed a little hand holding. Jeff said no problem to coming out. He was'nt able to make it, so I got Rick Sousa, tech extrordiniar.
I feel alittle stupid since the problem was the differential and it was diagnosed in about three minutes of listening to the customer. We had it set to high, which resulted in too low a temp being circulated.
The heat would overshoot and then drop about five degrees. I was stuck on the heat aticipators. Rick came in, listened to the customer and went right to it.
He also did a nice job of complimenting our install in front of the customer.

That's good to hear.
You never know until you need help. It's a bonus it was something relatively easy. I've had trouble wrapping my mind around how the modulation works with the differential. No one has described it to me in a way that I understand. I'll keep trying. WW

I'm not suprised
whenever I have had a Munchkin question, Jeff Cook, John Sawyer or in one case Rick, have been right there for me. There is a bit of a learning curve to any new product. And as the curve has flattend out an I have become more comfortable with it. The HTP people have been there all the way for me.

I'll second that
I have had wonderful support from everyone at HTP. The owner is right there if everyone else is busy. That is amazing in my mind. My rep is very helpful also. If my rep can help I would rather not bother the factory. They are working at a breakneck speed. It's nice to see a US company having such success.Any product will create questions. I've been waiting 6 days for a reply from another company. That is unacceptable. Manufacturers should notice- we do care about support.0 -
