Perrygraf is the mfg of the one I have now. I see you have some of the others that I have as well. Amazing how useful something NOT on a computer is!

Help me find an energy cost calculator (sliderule type)

One of my favorite sales tools is an OLD paper slide rule put out by a propane company showing direct cost comparisons between various fuels. Electric, LP, Nat, oil.

The big problem is that it does not allow for the more efficient equipment we have today. Anyone know where a fella could obtain an up to date calculator? I'd appreciate it greatly.

will build them for you. You can supply the calcs or they will do that also. I'll bet you could pre-sell some here if you build a clever up to date one that address all the efficiencies.

Seems the ones from the electric companies or the online LP ones LEAN towards their product :)

Here are some of my favorites. I about wore the small concrete one out. I think Larry Drake built the RPA one himself.

    energy cost calculator

Find someone who belongs to NAOHSM, we've all got them. Contact Judy at ww.naohsm.org to see if any are available. Compares cost of oil, natgas, propane and electricity. Use it a lot and it's a real eye opener for our customers.
