Heating Cooking Oil

I have been asked to size a heat exchanger for a honey farm which requires cooking oil circulated and maintained at 103F-105F during operation (50F-105F on startup).

NO idea of thermal properties of cooking oil. Only that the specific gravity is 0.9212-0.9250 @ 60F. Oil Flow rate will be 4.16GPM

Any ideas or links that may help? or have any of you had the opportunity to try this?

Cooking Oils

Will try to search out some things later but, believe you should specify the EXACT TYPE OF OIL TO BE USED--particularly given the very tight temperature control required.

I know from cooking that corn, soybean, safflower, sunflower, olive, sesame, etc., etc., etc., oils seem to have great variance in their viscosities (particularly at different temperatures) and seem to heat at different speeds (differing specific heats?). Hydrogenation greatly affects viscosity as well I believe.
