Bill:

I'll stop by. Maybe a few Wallies can get together. I promise I'll show up this time. I was set to go to the Spagehtti Factory while at RPA but I had to finish watching my Pistons beat the Sixers. Soon after, I drifted off and woke up a couple of hours later. Dang west coast time!

I'd like to invite all the Wallies who are planning to attend the NAOHSM convention in Hershey, Pa to stop by the Honeywell booth, and say hello. I will be in the booth Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:30 and Wednesday from 2:00to 4:00. I will also be participating in some round tables, so maybe I'll see you there. See you at the show!

We'll be coming down from Maine and will look you up. Had a great meeting last night with Gary Briggs and a great training session on the 7184 controls. Thanks for all you guys at Honeywell do for us in the field.

Bill, Since I have my web site Oil Tech Talk, that keeps me busy. I guess that makes me a part time Wallie :) Any how as always I'll be there all week.

And on behalf of the education committee we thank you for the time you are willing to spend with us during the round tables.

    Your friend in the industry,

    Alan R. Mercurio

I'll be at the Monitor Booth

with the condensing OIL FIRED FCX that no one believes actually exists (or at least no one wants to). In fact, there will be a live fired FCX and MZ outside in the tech trailer. See you there!

    looking forward

    to seeing you Matt!

Any problems with the high sulphur content of US oil? I was told that we can't utilize fully condensing oil fired units until the sulphur content is substantially lowered. They indicated we would be seeing sludge produced in the exhaust.

    Dave, the sulphur issue

comes up often, but it is not relevant. The FCX was developed when the European sulphur level was the same as ours is today. They had no trouble with the HX then, nor do they now. You should try one!
