clean that coil nearly as often if he was using the correct filter for his application. He needs to have someone make him a filter box that would hold a 4" 35 or 65% pleated filter. That fiber filter doesn't have the abillity to trap particulate in the micron range the equipment is obviously exposed to. Paul

    I was on a run with a contractor who services a chain of convenience store/gas stations. The owner tries to cut costs by doing routine maintenace on his own. Often he cannot wait for his scheduled maintenance checks. The guy has a very dirty environment with the doors always open and a busy street with trucks rolling by 24/7.

    He needs to have his coil cleaned every two months rather than the normal annual cleaning (see photo). He also changes his own filters, cutting bulk material and keeping them in place with three strategically placed twigs.
