Wow those Munchkins!

I went on an interesting no heat today! Seems the contractor could get the system running so the contractor hired me to come figure it out. When I arrived I found a munchkin boiler. Everything was piped correctly but wired wrong. Never the less I was extremly impressed with the munckin and it's controls! If only I could afford to install them! I would have to say it might just be the best boiler on the market!

What do you mean?
What do you mean, "if only I could afford to install them"?
If you're paying to install boilers, you may be doing something wrong.
You may mean 'if only my customers could afford to pay me to install them'. Try offering the more affluent ones, as a more expensive option, a boiler which you "would have to say might just be the best boiler on the market!"
If you don't tell them about it, they'll never know what they're missing. They will thank you for it.
If you don't ask, you'll never get.
PS On re-reading that I hope it doesn't sound rude. It was very tongue-in-cheek.
You're the boiler guy and have X years training and Y years experience. The customer often won't know one end of a boiler from the other and they should value your opinion. Never mind thank you for it, they'll be paying you for it.0 -

Aidan right. Just tell the customer what you told us. Let them make the decision whether or not they want " the best boiler on the market ".
One of the biggest mistakes, we as contractors, make, is deciding for the customer what they can or cannot afford.
As Dan says " sell the sizzle ".

You have to sell what ever is best for your customer. Use there checkbook not yours. If it is in there best interest and you truly beleive, that they will buy it. People are looking for good advice and they are willing to pay for it.
