have a customer who wants to be able to control the heating cooling in his condo in N.H. by phone does any company make on that is reasonably priced ?

    Check out this company. The Deluxe model has the ability to switch by phone between 2 thermostats, so that you can have some control over heat. For example, in a cabin you only visit occasionally you can set the temperature low on one thermostat and 70 degrees on another (or whatever you want of course), then call up and switch to the higher temperature several hours before you arrive so that the temp is where you want it. The Unit will also call out on a low temp alarm for freeze protection.

    We sell these to our customers when we do a retrofit and also on service calls.
