PK water heaters versus storage tanks.

I have a question about installing Patterson Kelly semi-instantanious hot water heaters versus Ademson large capacity type storage units. all the anderson type htrs. are rotting away. They are only 12,15yrs. old. I know I won't have the storage capacity anymore, but I have no problem keeping up with demand. (the installation is in a 280 bed hospital. The Question is: Did I do the right thing??? Thanks for the help.
