Ultima Forced Air Furnace?

in THE MAIN WALL
on an Ultima EX95 oil fired furnace. Customer needs a combustion blower (Fasco 7121-6226). Ultima is apparently out of buisiness and Fasco does not show this as a current number. (Probably an OEM part) Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance. Terry

    my local motor shop can get me just about anything. need motor horsepower, frame type, voltage rpm etc. if we cant figure it oput on the phone, i pull the moter and hand it to them. they always get their man.
