Grommets for TJI joists

There have been a couple threads about sleeving holes in TJI joists.
I found these "caterpillar" grommets. They are nylon rated at 275* and fit any size hole.
I can't see any downside to them. Can you wallies think of any potential problems? Any opinions are appreciated.
