Radiant Heat Primer - Any suggestions?

As part of a package for a large developer, we're putting together technical information binders for each design and a Homeowner Information binder. The Homeowner binder will have information about the thermostats and other Homeowner accessible controls, a list of "10 commandments" (things to do and not to do with hydronic heat), and a list of the products used in case they ever have to call for service, they can tell the serviceman exactly what they have.

One thing which is unique to this job, many of the development owners may never have had hydronic heat before.

Anyone have a suggestion of a nice, easy to understand 2-4 page handout which explains the differences between forced air and hydronics?

We can write it, but I'd rather save the time if someone has a good product already written.

Thanks for your help.

    good idea

    What an excellent idea !

Don't forget to post it so we can all have a looksie.

I've done similar for Commercial "PM" contracts so when techs get to site a complete history & info on ALL equipment is there for him.

What you are offering will be a welcome site to many HO's and contractors alike!

the RPA, they have a nice piece explaining radiant. Gives a nice description without slamming forced air.
