Gerry it is not required but...
recommended. It is listed in the Annex section of the code which is explanatory material on the basic code. The section in the code is 10.12.4* page 54-67.
The explanation is in the Annex under A.10.12.4 page 54-117.0 -
thanks Timmie
i wouldn't have found it without you...east ohio gas used to publish their own gas rules in a ''plumbers manual''..but now that dominion gas took them over one of the things they changed was to drop the old book and adopt the national code..makes sense to me..why duplicate effort..just got my copy in today..its quite the book, the handbook is on backorder and should help with the transition. thanks again Timmie.0 -
I have had my order
for handbook in since last November. I was told it would be sent out in June.
Maybe I should look into coming out that way and do some training on national Fuel Gas Code???0 -
if you do
let me know, i'll show up. you would probably get a good turnout if you got the class approved by the state for the continuing education hours the trades are required to get. i could send you the constuction boards contact info if your interested.0 -
