Danny,
I'm saying this with no insult intended, but the vagueness of your question indicates to me that you do not know much about your boiler. Short cycling could be caused by any one of a number of things, some of which could be very dangerous for you or anyone else to work on if you don't know what you are doing. This being said, I would highly suggest you go to the pipe on the left side of the screen and click on "Find A Contractor", enter your zip code, and find one of the highly qualified contractor listed here and have them come out and diagnose the problem for you. If your anywhere near Chicago, drop me an e-mail.
If you would still like us to try to help you, we need some more info, as in Brand and model # of your boiler, type of fuel being burned, type of thermostat, number of zones, and any accesories connected to the boiler such as an indirect water heater, tankless coil, etc. Also is this a Steam or Hot Water boiler?
