Could this work?

Options
Given a radiant burner--similar to Viessmann or kerosene heater.

40 mph exhaust????? or was it higher????

Why???

The combustion process is nearly perfect--to the point that it can be demonstrated as-is without concern for CO or other nasties.

Call me crazy, but the force of the radiation (speed of light) is impacting the exhaust!!!

Why on earth can't someone design a boiler with such a burner, a cast iron "main", a stainless "mid-transmitter" and stainless "afterburner"? Return temperature be damned.

Oh wait--my GOOD dreams are back--am I crazy?????

    Could this work, It did!

The engine of the SR-71 was just such a burner! except it pushed a plane at + 3X's speed of sound. It even changed configuration when it went fast enough too. The Sun is also similar to what you ask for. So those engines exists. Have a nice day
