I am wondering if someone makes a PEX product I can run for new heating purposes to BB. I am doing a new upstairs and might look into this instead of copper. Just curious what would handle the temp?

Any type of PEX
will do. Use Pex-Al-Pex for more rigidity.0 -
PEX for baseboard
Use it all the time, but be careful. Check manufacturers sizing charts for total length and max. feet of board.
5/8" PEX is about as large as you can use without too much effort and it won't carry the same load as 3/4" copper will.
It's a real time saver, but the connecting fitting are more expensive that copper 90s.
