boiler??

I Would like to install a system that includes radiant floor, Indirect Domestic HW and baseboard heat(in basement). Is the Munchkin a good boiler to serve all of these purposes and water temps??? Any suggestions? Would I really save over the long run by going with a super high efficiency boiler? I have a friend who heats his house and hot water with 2 40,000 BTU hot water heaters!

    The million dollar question

In theory the most efficient appliance would be the most cost efficient. Balance the upfront costs, the potential life expectency, and possible repair costs. The latter two being the unknowables :)

I'm a fan of high efficient equipment, time will tell if the numbers work out. They are a sight to behold when they are purring away at 90% efficiencies. Like to gamble??

Since you are doing domestic hot water and baseboard (high temp) and radiant (low temp) you might want to look at something like a Viessmann Vitogas 100 cast iron boiler.
Use a Vitotronic 200 control, 4 way mix valve with a Viessmann actuator.
Ultra high efficency boilers are great but you need to look at what best fits the requirements for a particular job.
Even with the cast iron boiler you should use outdoor reset and therefore realize lower operating costs and greater comfort.
