John Levey, and Don Moody from Blackman. Just got back from the "How to deal with difficult customers" seminar,and I wanted to say thanks (see Dan I was listening) Got to see some familar faces and meet a few new ones as well as hear some really funny stories about dealing with customers. Any one who deals with customers will benift from this class. Johns information about NORA will interest anyone in the oil heat business. Thanks to Don Moody and Blackman for making it happen.
