FHW loop in 1 pipe steam system

My one pipe steam system has a FHW loop off the boiler to heat a family room. When the family room thermostat calls for heat it causes the rest of the houses steam radiators to heat. In order to keep the family room at a comfortable tempature the rest of the house cycles much too long and as a result gets much too hot. Any ideas? Thanks

can you show us a diagram of how it is wired?
an aquastat wired into the control circuit should prevent that...
