Oil Burner Recomendation

Hi,

I currently have a 24 yr old very inefficient propane forced hot water furnace, therefore I am looking to convert my house from propane to oil. I am looking for an efficient oil burner and was hoping you folks could help. I was wondering if anyone could share what brands people like for efficiency and reliability and if possible about how much that model may cost.
Thanks for your help!
Ray

    Oil burner

Use the "Find A Contractor" feature above to contact someone in your local area to look at your particular job and give you a quote. You will gain efficiency by converting to oil, not to mention being safer. You also might want to pose your question on www.OILTECHTALK.com Good luck!

i would recommend burnahm oil fired boilers. i have been installing them for years and haven't had any problems. oil burners vary on efficencies, (beckett-carlin-reilo)
as of pricing i would recomend going to "find a contractor" and find qualified contractor

    ThermalPride

I'am not in favor of Warm air heat but if someone asked me what oil furnace I would recommend it would be only one , ThemalPride furnace with a Riello oil burner....Built to last with the newer hi temperature burners ... And yes you will pay more for a ThermalPride... A added note , A Low-boy design seems to last longer then a High-boy ..

    I love it!

What Big Ed said, "I'm a poor man, I can only afford the best."
    That's pretty true!
    Love that saying.
Sometimes I think where I work must be, so rich they can afford to squander $$$ on cheapness.
Gets 'em every time...I mean EVERY time! haha
