After 13 years of working for my father and grandfather and 12 years on my own as an architect, mechanical contractor, boiler inspector and adjunct professor of HVAC, I've decided to specialize in what I love most - HOT WATER AND STEAM. I'm concentrating on the consulting side of things since I can't turn the wrenches like I used to! My Dad told me only 25 years ago to use my brain.
In January of '03, I started this new business as a "mechanical consultant" specializing in steam and hot water systems. I do design, troubleshooting, expert witness and in-house training.
Currently I carry a master plumber, master electrician, master hvac and universal refrigerant license. I am a candidate for the National Board Boiler Inspector license am also adjunct professor of HVAC in a local college in PA.
I would so much like to be involved in more "diagnoses" than "autopsies" so I figured I would start here where smart people are not afraid to ask questions.
If I can ever be of assistance to anyone out there in the Philadelphia-Baltimore-New York area, or anywhere else for that matter, let me know.
Thanks to Dan for this site.
Regards,
