in Michigan City last Friday. I think everyone who went on the trip now has a much better understanding of what goes into the making of a boiler. They gave us several hours of their time after the tour to ask straight questions and we got very direct answers (even the president of the company was there). They also had some very good questions for us and I think it was time well spent all around.

Thanks to Bob Muser for putting it all together for us. It's not something you get to see every day.

We spent a lot of time looking at the Ultra, which is a very interesting new product. Several of the people who were on the tour will be installing this boiler, either in their own homes or in buildings they can keep a close eye on. I'm going to open a new room on the Wall (New Product Test Area) so that we can hear these contractors' thoughts and get their feedback as they monitor this new product.
