It was a GREAT time for all concerned. My favorite pic out of all those is the one with Ken sprouting horns, talking about pricing.

My subject...

When Dan announced it, I think everyone thought I was SELLING liability insurance. No one came over to my table, so I grabbed the drawing board and drew up the "liability insurance limiting device" and the next thing you know, I was surrounded by interested wet heads.

THe subject of the conversation had to do with my companies recent experiences with the insurance company and our proposed use of PIG's on all systems (along with LWCO and LPCO's of course)in an effort to limit their exposure to water damages. They (the insurance company) received it quite well and look forward to working with us.

I'll be typing up my notes and forwarding them to Dan for inclusion in his Hot Tech Topic notes for all to share.
