Taco p705 noise

I have a problem with a customer whose injection system makes a high faint whistle sound when the circulator is running very low speeds. I noticed it happens when the Taco P705 control is just about to switch from 30% to 10% speed. The circulator is a Taco 007. Anyone been though this? Is it something I did wrong? The system has been working great up until now. Still working just a little annoying to be around with that noise. WW

    Now that it is warmer out
