Argo
Panel trim. Toughest stuff I have used. The front panel has to be cut with a saw.

Tough baseboard
I think Burnham still makes cast iron baseboards. Check it out at www.burnham.com ! Slant/Fin might also have a heavy duty model.0 -
Tough Stuff
I recentlu used B.B. by Hayden.
It was their high output line and that was verry sturdy.

baseboard
I've used many diff. kinds and it always looks trashed in a couple of years. Burnham has C.I. baseboard called Baseray, if you can afford the upgrade it is well worth it.0 -
Slant/Fin
also makes cast-iron baseboard.Retired and loving it.0 -
Argo
I searched high and low before finding Argo Panel Trim. If money is no object you can go with commercial grade stuff, but for the money Panel Trim is a great buy. The front cover is 18 gage cold rolled steel and is creased slightly along the length so it looks good too. You also get your choice of three different elements-- 3/4" or 1" copper/aluminum or 1-1/4" steel. The little monsters I call my children haven't dented it yet!
You should paint any that are installed in bathrooms though. The little splashes and drips take their toll on the factory finish if ya get me

Yep, they all do (except cast iron) Hayden 750 and ditto the pop rivets. You can even get white ones.
