Would you have an engineer look this over for me to make sure I wired everything correct? I am not getting 24 volt @ W2 to energize the hydro air! Therefore the relay is not closing.

Thanks for all the help, Jamie

    PC8900

Did you jumper the R/RH terminals? That's easy to miss, and from this wiring diagram, that looks like what powers W1&W2. Also, did you simulate a call for heat that would energize both stages? Additionally, see page 47 of the tech sheet for how to check out the W8900. If you don't have that sheet, get me a fax number & I'll fax it to you.

I'm glad to see you are using the PC8900, that's what I have in my own home, and I really like it. There is an optional remote communications feature available for it, too...the Y8735B1001 includes both the PC8900 communication module and the telephone access module, and allows your customer to remotely control the setpoint and system mode, plus monitor the system status from any touch tone phone.

I did not jumper R to RH but that is because I am Using two different transformers on this system! R is the cooling transformer and RH is the heating transformer.

I tried to simulate an additional call for heat (stage two) by jacking the t-stat up to its max.

Thanks again for all the help,
    Jamie
