    They Are All......

good. It's like Ford , Chrysler, GM. It , to me, would depend on what my supplier stocked and what I got the best support on. What your contractor preffered. The zone valves would use less electricity, but it depends. How about Viessmann or Buderus? Outdoor reset, TRV's. What type of fuel? What type of radiation? What climate, it all depends

What would you put in your house peerless or burnham?
What type of circulation would you use 3 seperate circulators or 1 ciculator w/valves.

    Boilers

I would put in a Buderus with a Riello and use circulators and flowvalves over zone valves in my home.....But if you give me a choice between Peerless and Burnham , I would lean toward Burnham with their great service...

    Any of the above will........

work fine IF installed correctly. I would add Crown, which is my choice, into the mix if you are looking for domestic iron. Also, add an indirect water heater for optimal hot water production. When it comes to zoning, one circulator and three zone valves would be a good choice. An off the shelf pump, e.g. Grundfos 15-58 will be more than enough pump for your entire house.

will work adequately IF they are installed properly. I would add Crown, which is my favorite, into the mix when it comes to domestic iron. Zone valves and a single pump, e.g., Grundfos 15-58 is more than enough pump for your entire home.

    Bill said it.

Rolls Royce makes an awesome car, but just try to find parts for it in my area. When your heat is down you need it replacement parts / service pronto. I live in upstate NY, below zero right now. There are 3 suppliers around my area that carry my brand of boiler.

Have you used any Vitorond's? You know, the silver and orange company.
We just went back and checked a VR2-50 we installed in a church last fall. It was nearly spotless inside. No soot, nyet, nada, zero. A trace of white ash in the bottom of the combustion chamber. Combustion efficiency last fall 88.6%, same numbers now, exactly with 0 smoke. Like about all their other stuff, it's a truly fine piece of equipment. With the boiler running 150* water today, you could hold your hand on the flue pipe without instantly burning it.
