Geothermal Heat Pump vs Boiler vs Water Heater

I'm trying to heat a 1,200 sq foot radiant floor and provide DHW for 4, what is the most cost effective and environmentally friendly way over a 20 year or longer time frame. I'm in a climate that rarely freezes and will not require any cooling, summertime highs average low 70's. If money were no object(for me it is!) from what I've read a geothermal heat pump is the most efficient way to get heat - I'd love to hear any other thoughts! Any ballpark figures for any of the above systems would be greatly appreciated!
