What would you do?

If you thought you had the design for the debatably "perfect" boiler in your head and curious sketches on paper?
You believe the materials are reasonably obtainable. You believe you know how to specify the custom machinery to produce an unusual part but that it will require SKILLED, HUMAN labor to operate.
You have never physically seen a boiler heat exchanger manufactured since 1970--most WAY before. You believe (but CERTAINLY do not know) that your design is unique enough to avoid patent concerns.
Consider the terrible apprehension in the minds of EVERYONE--not the least of which those with capital. Consider that you realize yourself a proud citizen of the United States but view American boiler manufacturers as either stuck in the "iron age" or just using assemblages of stock Euro components.
Consider the tough sell of hydronics to US consumers at EVERY level. Consider that the design incurs expense of material. Consider that our fuel is still relatively inexpensive.
You know that in your mind at least, control is the EASY part. You believe that you have put Bell curves and radiation to a "new" use.
You realize that it is absolutely impossible for you to make a model and that some experimentation IS required. By nature you find effort, hours and money much less important than achieving a goal.
Please reply--if just to say "you're f#@$ing crazy Mike, shut up".
