WOW that was great

how refreshing to see that after a hard day, i know this is a heating site and thats what we all do, but remember that we deal with people and that we are humans as well and at time we grow short in tolarance and understanding, we are the landing spot for custermer frustration and we have to smile back and solve there problems.
from time to time we need to draw back and refresh our selfs so we can better serve others . guys thats what we do, we serve. thank you for this site the interview with God it made me feel a little bit smaller and better... thank you David
