How is it run in the floor? How is the radiant zone piped with the three way valve? If the pump is not pumping away from the valve you will lose flow whenever the valve tries to mix. Also you can typically get 35 btuh per sq. ft. of floor space on most installtions. It is possible you need supplimental heat for the room on very cold days.

One bathroom cold.
... Same guy different issue. One radiant heat loop not getting bathroom warm. A small room 6x10. 3/4" tubing, 150 degree 3way valve. Floor temp is 47. Under floor is crawl space, added the 2" foam insulation board. And it's "still cold"
Designers want us to put ANOTHER LOOP to get it warmer.0 -
