Wondering if anyone has ever done this to counteract the heat loss from the windows by installing tubing under the window in the wall?

Radiant walls
We designed and installed radiant floor hesting systems + adding tubign in the wall especially in tile areas to remove the chill from the walls/shower benches etc. If a room radiant floor cannot deal with the load, then you can install tubign in the wall as a supplement to the room. It can work as a single zone ( depends on temperature, you don't want a sheetrock wall to be too hot ) or it can be working as a 2 stage heating systems
Hope it helps you0
