Is there a copper or brass fitting, 3/4 or 1" that is a complete 180 deg sweep? If so, what is is called?

Bill, what your looking for is called a 180° return bend.It is not always found on the shelf, but all the major fitting manufacturers make them.0 -

It is a return bend, and is likely found in a refrigeration supply house. They are used on coils.0 -

IN case you have a real hard time tracking one down, the same thing can be accomplished with a 90 and a street 90. Just make sure you clean, clean, clean.
