I was just wondering what the standard vacation time policy companies offer. How is time accumulated? For example, after one year, two weeks. How many weeks after five years and after ten years?

our people work hard and get good time off for their effort. They deserve it.....one week after 6 months in the first year. Years 2-5 get 2 weeks. Years 6-10 get 3 weeks and 4 weeks after 10 years employment. Vaction pay is current rate of pay for 40 hours each week.

That's one
of the reasons I went to work for someone else, Mike. Leaving Wednesday for 10 days in Sunny Naples to spend with two of the grandsons. Won't miss this weather in New England at all.0
