zone valves

in THE MAIN WALL
Can anyone tell me where the zone valve will be located for individual units in a condo or apartment? Will it be within the wall of the apartment or closer to the boiler? Thanks for the help.

    Probably...

    under the baseboard cover, either near the end or the beginning of the run. Or it could be in the mechanical room. Seen it done both ways.
