for about a month from today,going in to have my back surgery,just didn't wish to go without saying anything to my buddies here,please keep safe and well,and may peace and god be with you.not looking forward to the fusion and the nuts and bolts etc,my son keeps thinking of a good name for me,bless him ,lolol

Sorry to inform you,

My dad had several discs fused & repaired almost 20 years ago. He moves lumber and brick around in the shop and garden all summer long. He's in his mid 80's and is always active. So, don't think your going to get out of any work, the doctors have this type of repair down pat.

a double fusion in my C-spine(neck)7 months ago and I've been lifting some serious weight already. It's not "all cool" yet, but close.

Try to take non-narcotic pain killers afterward, it'll be easier on you.
