in THE MAIN WALL
will this video teach you how to really deal with difficult customers, or is it a venting outlet? I was just on HVACtalk.com and they had a forum on customers and there were a lot of destructive criticism & venting. few things helped. Iwant to turn the difficulty into my favour by using it to my advantage--instead of letting it cost me, will this video help me, or is it entertainment?
